Lee Scott Massage Therapy and Personal Training

Lee offers sports massage, pre/post event massage, Swedish massage, myofascial cupping, Kinesiology taping, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation), manual lymphatic drainage massage and personal training along with rehabilitation advice and exercises. He has worked for Bristol based Rugby clubs as the club sports therapist and at the London Marathon providing pre-event massage.

Lee served as a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army and on leaving the armed forces he qualified as a Sports Therapist & Personal Trainer. His passion is running and he regularly competes in ultra marathons in distances from 50 - 100 miles.

Hilary Wilcox Health and Wellbeing

Hilary Wilcox is a newly qualified holistic massage therapist who trained locally at The Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork on Pembroke Road in Clifton. Trained in a range of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue and fascia release, as well as acknowledgement of energy techniques and mobilisations. Expect a thorough personal consultation that will give you the best massage for you on the day with no set routine. 

 

Hilary's background is in Publishing and after a career break to raise her three children she decided to retrain as a massage therapist. Hilary really enjoys working one on one with people, holding space for them and creating a nurturing environment to help them come back to their bodies and relieve some of the tensions of everyday life.

Stephanie Pasco
Sports & Remedial Level 5 Massage Therapist 

By combining massage skills with an advanced knowledge of anatomy & physiology, Stephanie aims to reduce pain, improve range of motion, help recovery from injury and reduce tension being held in the body. Remedially, Stephanie works with musculoskeletal problems which tend to result from poor prolonged posture, faulty body mechanics, stressful living, poor working habits and loss of strength and flexibility, 


Stephanie has always had a passion to help others and through her love of the body, sport and science she has completed an Undergraduate and Masters degree in Exercise and Sports Science as well as a Level 5 Sports & Remedial Massage Diploma. Recently, she has joined the tutor team at the Bristol College of Massage & Bodywork as an Assistant Tutor on the Remedial & Sports Massage course.


With experience in a number of sports including netball, swimming,
waterpolo, triathlon and running she has completed a number of challenges such as a half ironman, marathons and the Greenman Ultra. More recently she has been enjoying the Parent-Baby CrossFit classes at The Bank Fitness.
