Starting something new can be daunting, especially a new gym, and we pride ourselves on making this process as smooth as possible. We have a track record of guiding anxious new exercisers through the process so they come out the other end as happy, committed and enthusiastic CrossFitters.

Getting started couldn't be simpler and whether you are joining an Adults, Kids, Teens, Never Too Old or Parent-Baby CrossFit class you can do so in 3 simple steps

Which CrossFit Henleaze class best suits you?

At CrossFit Henleaze we have four main class types including three speciality classes:

  • Adult CrossFit Classes: Our daily class is ideal for adults (18+) wanting to participate in a CrossFit WOD (workout of the day), which includes a mix of running, rowing, biking, gymnastics, weightlifting and much more.

Speciality classes:

  • CrossFit Kids: Geared towards primary school aged children (5-11yrs), these classes make fitness fun through a wide range of games and challenges whilst our youngest athletes also learn a wide selection of skills, lift and movements. Every session ends with a fruit or vegetable taster. 

  • CrossFit Teens: Perfect for secondary school aged young adults (11yrs+), which introduces our teenage athletes to the correct techniques as they learn a wide selection of skills, lift and movements.

  • Parent-Baby CrossFit: Includes everything the Daily CrossFit class offers but with specific adaptations to the programming to help mums getting back into exercise after giving birth. Bring your baby or child along and join our community of inspirational and amazing parents.

  • Never Too Old CrossFit: For members over the age of 60, these CrossFit classes operate at a slower pace to our regular classes. Everything is modified to suit the individual needs of each senior member, whilst still underpinned by the CrossFit methodology.

Register for our onboarding sessions / free trial (speciality classes)

Onboarding sessions

All great things are built on a solid foundation. Your fitness journey at CrossFit Henleaze begins with a 60 minute onboarding sessions.


You will learn about our ethos and be taught the proper techniques for the foundational movements over four series (midline series, squat series, press series and a pull/hinge series). At the end of the session you will experience a short workout to give you a flavour of a CrossFit class. The onboarding programme is great fun and prepares you well for your first class.

Free trial class (speciality classes only)

All of our our speciality classes come with an option of a free trial.

Select your membership option

Once you've completed your onboarding sessions or taken part in a free trial it's time to become a member at CrossFit Henleaze by selecting one of our membership options:

 

  • Daily CrossFit Classes: For our daily classes you can choose from 2, 3 or 5 sessions per week and we have flexible rolling monthly payment options. Alternatively, you can save 10% or 15% by paying upfront for a six-month or annual membership. You can also save 10% for additional family members who join from the same household. 

  • Speciality Classes: Sign-up for a 10 class pack to access one of our speciality classes. All class passes are to be used within a 12 month period, providing amazing flexibility for Kids, Teens, Parents and Over 60s.
