Classes are kept small so that Emma can tailor to your individual needs and ensure that you exercise with precision and control.

Join Liv every Tuesday evening at 6:30pm for a 50 minute mat pilates class.

 

We will blend the core principles of Pilates - breath, concentration, precision, centering, and flow—with fun, movement, and a touch of sweat!

 

Learn to move with your body, build strength, and enjoy the process. All levels are welcome.
