True Balance Yoga + Pilates with Nicola Fry
Nicola has over 6 years of experience working in movement. She first trained as a Pilates teacher at the Physiotherapy and Pilates Rehabilitation Centre bringing with her a strong grounding in anatomy, and later trained in Hatha and Restorative Yoga at the Bristol School of Yoga.
Nicola won't have anyone tied up in knots and wishes for the session to be an hour well spent cultivating a mindful practise that will imbed itself within the practitioner and go way beyond the mat. All this is done with a light-hearted spirit!

Nicola holds a Level 3 qualification in Instructing Pilates Matwork.
